Envato Support has a tone of tickets, as the community has well over 1 million active members. They always reply back, it can take up to 48 hours. Your patience is appreciated. Cheers! :blush:

Be patient, Support inquiries can take a few days to be replied.

Not sure what do you mean by “a duplicate purchase with a key that was broken”. If you’ve purchased the same item twice, that’s your fault, and you should assume it.
