Refund issue

Dear Envato Market Support,

I recently purchased two items from a vendor on your platform, but I received a refund of only $32, whereas my total purchase amounted to $58. Below are the details of my purchases:

• Item: POS Pro - Advanced POS & Inventory Management System | POS SaaS Solution

Amount: $29

• Item: POS Pro - Advanced POS & Inventory Management System Add-on | POS SaaS Solution

Amount: $29

• Total Paid: $58

• Refund Received: $32

• Missing Amount: $26

Could you please clarify why I haven’t received a full refund of $58? I would appreciate your prompt response and assistance in resolving this matter.

You may need to reach out to Envato’s support team regarding this. Once a refund request is approved by the author, Envato typically takes 3 to 5 business days to process it. However, depending on your payment method, the actual refund—especially for credit cards—can take up to 3 weeks to appear in your account.
