question about refund

hello, I have returned a software that I have purchased and my refund request has been approved by the seller. However, it is said that the amount I have paid will be reflected on my credit card within 9 working days, I do not want to wait for it to be reflected on my card because I will buy another software and I want my refund to be defined as a balance in my account. Can you help with this ?
