I have two themes that are broken, and three years ago I raised a dispute because I can not get hold of the author. After the refund request and dispute, due to work, renovations and the swiftness of life. I forgot to check the follow up.
Today I was looking in my downloads and saw that these two themes are still in my downloads and are not refunded. The dispute is still open.
I would like to read what I can do, and request help.

If you have purchased the theme before 90 days, you’re unable to request a refund.
I don’t think there’d be any case even if you contact support, 3 years is a long time
Yeah I opened the ticket 3 years ago, never got an answer so I tried again.
I have proof the ticket is still open, its clearly visible in my account. The author never responded.

You should’ve created the forum thread 3 years ago when you didn’t have the answer ( after 1 week, for example )
I don’t think you’d be able to get any refund after this point
