I bought 14 items from the Envato market and only 1 of them were requested for a refund and they have not responded for 18 days. this is not nice done!
if the author does not respond to the refund request within 7 days, you will be given an option to raise a dispute with Envato. This option should appear automatically as a link or button on the refund request details page after 7 days from the refund requested date.
I’ve already filled in this option but still nothing
please wait envato support team will investigate it to make a final decision. Thanks
