purchased support but cannot make a ticket, says support period has expired

We purchased 6 months additional support, and we see confirmation of that on themeforest.net.
Then we made an account on theme-fusion.com with the purchase code and made a password.
When we then log into theme-fusion.com it says that we have no support.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can get this resolved so that I can ask my question.
