I paid for Avada theme support here, but it says I haven't paid when I go to Theme Forest

I paid yesterday and today it still doesn’t recognize that I’ve paid for support. I’m trying to contact them to get a fix for fusion builder.

I’m on all the latest of the theme and fusion items and all the patches. Fusion builder won’t let me add featured images.

I’m having problems with theme fusion builder not letting me add featured images to my pages and posts. It works fine as soon as I turn off fusion builder.

If this is a payment issues, please open a Support Ticket via Envato Help and Support. They will be happy to help.

You should also get in touch with @ThemeFusion and ask them about this, as this can be an error with their support system.

yeah, well if it says you haven’t paid, then you can’t contact them. i finally got it working after 24 hours and was able to submit a ticket.
