Problem with Prestabrain support and template

I bought a template for prestashop (PARDO), I have problems with the installation and despite having the support, the author never answered me. I also tried by email but i didn’t get a response there either. How can I fix it? Is it possible to get the money back?

If you have been refunded then you can’t keep using the item so they will not be likely to help resolve any issues
