Please provide us with a screenshot from your online account with Envato Pty Ltd which you wish to release. The screenshot needs to show the full name and payee ID, vendor ID or username. You can reply to this e-mail with the screenshot attached.

hi from where i can get these details because in author dashboard here is nothing like payee id, vendor id thing :frowning:

Stay away from payoneer. Im still waiting for my card since 2 month and they dont answer to any of my emails. stay away!
