How to re-add the Payoneer account removed from the new Payout Methods interface?
I have only two option
1 Bank Transfer
2 Paypal

Bank Transfer (which may include, depending on your location and bank: IACH, SWIFT bank wires, USD to USD SWIFT wires or Payoneer)
