Any update about elements payout today

hi, I’ve updated my payout method to Payoneer to Payoneer bank account, a mail came about author support that April statements are available for download, but not about payment release. Has anyone got this month’s payment yet?

Same. Got earning statements. No payout peocessed mail. I think they will peocess soon.

Glad to hear that you got mail. We are talking about payoneer(bank transfer). May be payoneer processing has not started yet.

Got the payout email today at 00:22 UTC for my local bank transfer. With a message, that I will receive payment on Jun 20.

The currency rate is also shockingly fine - 1.56% less in comparison with my local bank currency exchange rates.
Now I want the same payout system for Envato Market!

Hi, I understand correctly, you have connected your local bank account and will receive money in local currency? can i ask what country are you from? because I was told that only the Payoneer and PayPal options are available.

I’m from Poland.
New system allows you to transfer Envato Elements earnings to local bank in local currency. Check this page.
If you are not from Russia or Belarus you can setup payout to your country.

@BenLeong could you shed some light on this since there’s a lot of confusion about the payment ( some authors got the mail , some didn’t, is the payment sent etc.)

thank you, I’m from Ukraine. I read about the new system, but when I checked with support last month, I got this response. I will talk to them again.

I also did not receive any email about payment. I set new payout method with payoneer, so I guess it’s only payoneer users did not receive payment.

Yes. It is payoneer user who still not get any mail about payout process

Have you provide your resident full address in envato payout method. Not bank address

only resident full address & post index…I previously had Payoneer listed as a payment method
