Hello and sorry for my english ( I am from Germany).
Today i registered me on Envato for the Impreza-Summerdeal. Then i bought this theme here via PayPal. Paypal confirmed me this Transaction. But until now I received no confirmation-mail for this from envato.
The Download Page is empty. I have a Screenshot of the envato-Site (“Payment complete. An email confirmation is coming your way. The item is now available,”). There is nothing!!!
This is my first payment on envato. I am very frustrated!
Can anyone help me please?
