Made a payment yesterday, but no download

Dear all,

Yesterday ive made a payment for a wordpress theme.
And normally within 24h everything is done.

But so far, payment is made via skrill. But still no download, and the money is transferred from my bankaccount.

Anything is beeing delayed?

Hi @Gzwep,

If it is your first first purchase then envato has sent you an email to confirm your purchase. you have to confirm by clicking the link/button in that email. then you will see your item under your Downloads page.

Otherwise please open Help ticket and let them know. Envato Customer support team will be happy to assist you.

The money may be added to your Envato account. Check it on the top/right section if you see any credit on the account
