I have made the payment

I have just made a purchase but because of a browser issue the payment is not reflecting in my downloads and purchases but the bank has deducted the money …pls help

Hi @yogichopra,

If payment done you should receive an email from envato about the purchase with invoices. If not received email and the item is not in your download page then please make sure (double check) your payment done.

Otherwise please open an Envato Customer support Help ticket and let them know. Envato Customer support team will be happy to assist you.
