Paid with Skrill Pay and no download file

Hi,

I purchased a template today and my credit card got charged using Skrill pay, but there was no template file download after purchase.

I got the following in an email:
This transaction was funded using your card (MASTERCARD, 5xxxxxxxxxxx7059) on 05 Jun 2014. This charge will appear on your card statement as a debit by: SKR*ENVATO.COM

Merchant Reference:

I then purchased a plugin with Paypal and got the download file.

Any help will be appreciated to download the template I paid for.

Even though I have paid already for theme installation fee, $ 50 but professional service is not working. I have been waiting for three days , so I have report to credit card company to re-take money from their company.
