I wasn’t really paying attention.
The subscription said it was $16.50 a month and it automatically charged me for a year for $200?
I was planning on only using the product for a month and wanted to pay the $16.50.
I need help. I can not afford that and need that fixed.

FYI $16.50 is an equivocal monthly price when you sign up for a year - month by month it’s around $33.
I just submitted my ticket!
I am aware, I just figured I was paying for the monthly fee instead of the yearly fee.
Hopefully I can get my money back and only pay the monthly fee!
