Our account turned to Non Exclusive Author without any notice

Hi there,

We as a team, since day one on Envato, are an Exclusive author.

Suddenly two days ago, we saw our sales were just fine however the earnings did not reflected the amount with number of sales!

Today we have noticed our account was switched to “Non Exclusive” author without any notice or warning. Actually we never tend to do that, we are devoted to stay Exclusive authors on Envato forever.

Did this happened to anyone, or was any error?

This is so strange. Would like to know what happened. Keep us posted @Laborator if you hear from the Envato team.
