How open a support ticket in the Envato Help Centre?
Generally you can always find a button to submit a request by clicking on a random article or searching “contact us” on the Help center. Here are direct links:

You’ll receive responses to your email address.
It is possible to view tickets online at https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/signin?return_to=https%3A%2F%2Fhelp.market.envato.com%2Fhc%2Fen-us%2Frequests but that’s sort of a workaround and may be a bit weird to navigate, you’ll also probably need to request a password reset before you can log in for the first time.
