How do we know that our support requests are open with Envato? I sent one about 4 to 5 days ago (I know they say to wait 5 days), but they don’t send an automated email and there is no link I could find that has my opened tickets.

By observing the URL of the requesting a new ticket page: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
If I cut the ‘new’ part from the url, I get the requests list.
This comes from years of experience with web applications, many applications have something similar
