Help ticket original email message

When I send a support ticket to Envato in their [Request received] response email there is no our original email message we have sent. What is the reason behind this and how can we track what we actually asked? We only have ticket ID.

If you are not logged-in, there is a small link in the login form that says " Have you emailed us? Get a password", you click on the get password, then you’ll be able to see those tickets.

From there you cannot interract with your issues…you can only see them listed or search them. If you want to interract with an issue, you’ll still have to reply to those Zendesk emails.

Where would I be able to see those tickets after login?
