How do I check on the status of my ticket submitted to Envato support tema?

You can login to the envato support systems (check the following link) and there you will check your ticket(s) and reply from there:

If you didn’t use this login before but created ticket then there is a option:
Have you emailed us? Get a password

Click ‘Get a password’ and continue.
