One of my sound effects seems to have been mistakenly purchased twice.
Do I need to do anything or does Envato sort things out?
You won’t have to do anything 
But it’s possible they needed if for two different projects.

There are 2 invoices but they were made at exactly the same time.
Sometimes buyer need it for multiple projects. I had a buyer that bought 10 license at once for a same track.

I had a same situation too, once for a logo (9 licenses) and once for a track (12 licenses). If buyer makes a mistakes he(she) usually come to the forum looking for help or open support ticket. Anyway it’s not your headache.

Someone once did that to me with a broadcast licence and I nearly sh*t myself. To this day I still worry they’ll reverse it…
