no response from envato and seller author for 12 days
since day 1 after i bought bimber theme
i contact the author seller about the theme that i bought contain many error and conflict with my other plugin and i had few malicious notice in dashboard wordpress . so i contact the seller author . i wait 1 day no response 2 days still . 3 still no response . 4 days still no response . so i decided to claim refund, i made open ticket for it and wait again for 5 days .1 day 2 day 5 days no response from seller so in my ticket i got notice to raise dispute . i click raise dispute again and tell to wait 5 days . im still patience . i wait again 1 day to 5 days . still no message after i raise dispute . even from envato no message at all . total waiting almost 2 week . what you want me to do ? waiting to pass 1 month and then you said its more than 1 month ?
