My template has been Hard Disabled.

Hi,

One day ago I’ve received an email (request 1851675) with notification that 1 of my items were disabled.

my item url [http://demo.foxthemes.net/tubelite/]the other author’s template [http://oren.azyrusthemes.com/] Do you thing this two template are similar . even they are not same framework . my template is inspired by youtube .
If the envato author’s help receive DMCA take down against your item they immediately disabled your item from the marketplace even if that person is wrong.

However, my items still not enabled and I have next questions:
1:how long my items remains hidden
2:Is this true that if I will receive a second such issue then my account will be disabled?
3:Could anyone from Envato help me and enable my items, because all my earning goes to my team, which develop a new WordPress theme for this marketplace.

Both of them are hugely inspired by YouTube, but if you’ve created it 100% yourself and haven’t “borrowed” any part of the code from that other author then this DMCA claim is stupid. If anybody should be sending DMCA then it is YouTube to both of you IMHO:)

However, nobody here in the forum will be able to help you unfortunately, try to search how to send counter DMCA (if it is really 100% your original work, besides the obvious YT inspiration) and contact the Envato Help.

i sent them an email and they told me to reach out to the complainant directly to resolve this .
