Hi, I recently bought a theme and need to download license. when i go to my envato download page there is only one theme is showing which i bought earlier but recent purchased not coming. please help. i need to work for my client as it’s urgent.
Check your statement page if the theme is actually purchased. ( ThemeForest )
If you are referring to the item you have downloaded from Elements, it’s not on your “ThemeForest” account, it’s on Elements.
Not showing in Element account. I downloaded the theme at that time but forgot to download license from there. but when i go again by click on mail download button then that theme disappeared. I attached the order mail screenshot what i purchased.
Make sure you login to the website with the correct account ( You may have multiple accounts )
