need to download my item licence and purchase code

I purchase 2 theme from themeforest but as new user i was not aware of downloading licence and purchase code. And i just download theme only.

After loging two days i see my download option invisible. So what can i do?

I already raise a ticket in Envato Customer Team 2 days back with details information including credit note no,invoice no,order no but they are not reply me immediately.

What can i do now?

Are you from Envato Elements ?
Envato Elements have no purchase key.
If you have monthly subscription then open a Envato Element Ticket
They would like to assist you.
