I tried to purchase a product from codecanyon and I paid via Skrill. My payment was deducted but on my codecanyon account I didn’t receive the product. I have the transaction id and all the required details. I mailed Envato regarding this but till now I didn’t receive any replies. Can anyone tell me like what to do. They don’t have contact numbers so I can’t call them and not having any replies sucks.
Please discuss with support and send them your envato item purchase code and statement of your account from where money is been deducted. Furthermore if you need any help and support please let me know.

I didn’t receive purchase code. In skrill it’s showing that payment accepted by Envato but when after payment, url redirected me to codecanyon, I see the product was still in cart and the product was not moved in my download menu. I already mailed them. yesterday they said like they will reply me asap but it’s been about more than 20 hours, no replies.
I already did and waiting for a reply for more than 40 hours
Keep patience hope they will reply to you soon.They will reply maintain their list of ticket queue on by one.that isn’t live chat service.
