I made a purchase of a plugin on codecanyon.net, but my account is blocked…I don’t know how xD if I’m writing in this forum with my blocked account…
I received the email with the link to download the plugin, but when I enter through that link it tells me that my account is blocked.
Please, help me urgently.

If the account is blocked, most likely the refund process has been already started unless you have been informed that your account limitation is removed.

Depending on the payment method as well, refund may take 3-4 weeks.

maybe you made payment reversal of sell. its a big reason to block the account.

Envato has a weird system for the new users as well as for the old ones if you change your credit card, you may still get blocked. Happened few times on the forum, I can’t provide the details “why” it happened due to lack of information I have and support doesn’t give details.
