My item was rejected hard because demo preview was not working, and my demo url was working good i dont know how to add the url because my url is ok. now i cant even edit the item.
who should i call or email ?

If you were hard rejected then you have to do it again and make sure your demo 100% works this time. Feel free to share your URL here so community members can take a look and will tell you if there is something not right.

Please make sure you are using a secure SSL domain, right now you have a http non secure protocol and because of this I get a warning page!

Was it hard rejected or soft rejected? Do you have it under your Hidden Item tab in dashboard?

Then you have to upload it again. But not before you make sure the URL works and doesn’t throws any security errors.

There is a high chance that you’ll get hard rejected again even if you fixed the demo URL, the design of your item lacks premium quality and you should apply massive changes to it.

But your URL still doesn’t work and throws security warning. You will be rejected again. I highly recommend to remove your submission and fix it because you can get banned by wasting reviewer’s time like this.

This one works but that is a completely different URL to the one you shared before.

I would like to upload my work but looks like the old one are still in your system … When am uploading they keep rejecting them without giving any reason …

Please note that I am not Envato staff, it is as much my “system” as yours.

If you are getting rejected then your item is simply not up to requirements.

With respect I highly doubt the rejection is anything to do with the demo issues you had - the item simply is not good and way, way off the standards for here
