I got rejection for Demo URL

Your item doesn’t have a full demo setup and/or the demo URL it’s broken. Unfortunately this is seen as Queue Position Reservation and it won’t be tolerated because this creates review delays. Please resubmit your item once you feel is ready.

But why I have used a working demo URL??

by the reviewer comments mean that your item gt hard reject due to demo url broken or down issues. and you will resubmit the item as a new item after fix the url issues but pleae never forget to mention that this item was rejected for demo url issues.

Also reviewer mention to contcat author support for more information.

as reviewer focused only the demo url issues then you can fix the url and can submit then reviewer will review and let you know the review result.

It sounds like your submitted URL had a typo or your server was down when the reviewer took a look.

That said, I do not think this will be approved to be honest. For a design which relies so heavily on the typography, the typography aspect is pretty week and whole template feels somehow chaotic. You need to have all the basics pixel perfect if you want to succeed with such minimal design.
