My all AJ items are disabled. Could you help me, please?

My all AJ items have disappeared / soft disabled. My question is for which reason are they disabled? But my AJ Items were already reviewed. Can somebody explain to me? And please restore my Audio Jungle items.

Item Details: "This item is currently hidden, and needs to be reviewed before you can put it on sale. Just use the “Submit files to review” button on the Edit tab.

If your item was rejected, please make sure you have fixed all the issues outlined during the review process."

It probably has to do with the new PRO policy. Have you filled the PRO information in the settings tab of your dashboard?

If this is not the problem, then I don’t know. You’ll want to contact support.
