Started with very sales this month and last week it was very good but this week almost 1 sales only.

I started selling February this year and had 13 sales followed by 8 this month so far. Not bad but once my tracks are 3 days old, they stop selling.
All dead March, what’s going on?

Im new to ENVATO and I had a bad experience with MOJO markeplace (stay away)
i just want to know if when I buy a theme, will I get the theme I purchase as it looks on the sales area?
meaning DO I HAVE TO PAY MORE FOR INSTALLATION AND DO I HAVE TO PAY MORE SO THE THEME WILL LOOK LIKE THE ONE I BOUGHT?
Can I buy with confidence that what they sell is what I get?

Very slow sales in March, just 1 sale from U.S, i think that envato is playing with search algoritm again!
This week really horrible.
Not really the best place to ask, as this is a thread about author sales. However… if you want to confirm what it is you get and what you can expect, then the best person to ask is the author of the theme in question. If you go to the item page, then you can try the support tab or the comments tab, to get the answers you need.
Keep in mind that the included support doesn’t cover installation of your site. The included support documentation should give you instructions on how to install the theme, but you’re expected to install it yourself. Obviously, after following the instructions, if you’re having any trouble, then you can ask the authors questions to assist you in the installation.
As for getting the theme as it looks on the sales area, you’ll get the same design and structure of the theme, but usually any images and footage used in the preview won’t be included. You’ll also have to do a little bit of work to set the theme up, to look how you want it to.
So yeah, the best place to start is to get in touch with the author of the item through the item page, to clarify what you get and what you don’t get.

It’s the exact opposite for me. Last week was terrible and this week they’re great. You can’t really judge sales trends from just one week
