Lack of respect for the client, I bought an Android code, it took more than 8 days for a solution and they have not given it to me yet, I write to them and they never respond, which also gives envato courage, which does not solve anything, they do not tell him nothing to the sellers, if they don’t solve the problem, I’ll go to paypal, it really makes me very angry, always the same!
Check the comments, everyone talks and they never give a solution to anything!

Check the item compatibility. It’s usually previous “Android version” that the the buyers should use but they keep it with the latest instead - therefor you have some errors with the code.

Most of the people doesn’t have enough “experience/knowledge” about the coding. Having the instructions doesn’t mean that you could perform the changes properly and when it doesn’t happen, especially for the “mobile” section, they are requesting refund.

If you have any doubts related to any item, you could always ask more questions before purchase to make sure it fits for you. Most of the authors are willing to provide extra support to help you but when the purchased item is no longer good for you, it doesn’t mean you could get refund especially if it’s downloaded.

Being an author and buyer is a different thing and when you cross the line and become an author, you could see some of the things more clear.

You need to solve the problem with Envato, If there’s a dispute from PayPal, your account will be locked-out and you won’t be able to access any of the items. But I think it already happened.

But if they don’t respond anywhere right away that I opened a dispute, those from envato responded immediately, and I canceled it
