Hi - I am trying to get support for job monster which I purchased on envato. When a user tries to reset their password, they get a 404.
I thought I might be able to get support from NOO theme but my account their says I can’t post without a licence - I thought I had one as I purchased this from envato?
If anyone can shed any light I would be very grateful

If their site isn’t recognizing that you own a license, then send them a message via the contact form on their profile page and let them know you’re having trouble: https://themeforest.net/user/nootheme (you must be signed in to see it). They will be able to help you get this all sorted out.

Hi - I have just renewed my support which had expired but the nootheme website just says ‘You must have valid license to create new topic in this forum.’ and I can’t post my question. I’m concerned because this has just cost me nearly $50. Thanks in advance
I have registered my purchase code some time ago. Regards
I would try to resubmit the purchase code on their forum (enter it again if needed and click the save button). That might cause it to refresh your license information.
If that doesn’t fix it, then you will need to contact them through their profile page and have them manually update your forum account.
And don’t worry - @NooTheme is a highly respected elite author, they will definitely get back to you ASAP.
