Hello is any Evanto Staff able to assist me in finding the Careerfy author.

Have you tried reaching out through the item support page, author page, or the item comments section?
Tried but no response.
I logged into their site to create a ticket but its asking for the license no and we cannot find the purchased license no on the Evanto invoice that was sent to us. We have down loaded each invoice but cannot find the license no.
We have downloaded but we just found out this morning that its the wrong license. Would you give us a refund so we can purchase the new version. As mentioned we are not tech savvy and based on what the system said (to update plugin) we followed that as the first alternative.
Now its seems we need another license
How do I connect with the billing department. They have charged us twice for support on the same purchase.

They may say ask Envato if there’s multiple payments in which case Envato Market Help and Support

Yes I have entered information into the help and support page requesting billing to contact me.
this is feedback for Eyecix/ Careerfy Job board template.
Just bringing awareness to the forum that the Vendor Eyecix is not really supportive despite payment being made for extended support. Do not pay for extended support as there is no support.
Also bringing awareness that some plugins that you are paying for… do not work, you have to purchase a license for new versions instead of plugins.
which is what we had to do after spending hours trying to fix the problem. Problem never got resolved.
