I have problems with a theme and the author not response in chat online and ticket

I’m having trouble setting up a job board theme. The author, eyecix, offers support via skype and ticket. I was attended once, as the subject could supposedly be translated into my language, but the videos and written information on the subject, careerfy, are very poorly documented and out of date. I have spent 2 days asking for online chat on skype and my messages were not answered any more despite being online. I submitted a ticket and they haven’t answered me yet. I do not know what to do because I do not know well all the functions of the subject. I would like any suggestions. Thank you.

I am having a similar problem. Evanto should not allow this author to continue selling if there is no support. I have spent 2 weeks with a similar problem that has to do with the locator. It is not downloading.

is there anyone else who can help us. We have gone back and forth with evanto who keeps sending messages from their tech team that since they have not heard from us they are closing the ticket. Yet no one replys to the actual issue.

Eyecix Author should be available or atleast have someone respond to our tech needs by putting someone the speaks the language. I tried reaching him but he was asleep due to time difference.

@cor_ca Did you try contacting the author through the item comments? I don’t see any of your comments on the Careefy theme item page.

Unfortunately I cannot login with the license no. and my download page does not display the license no for the product so there is no way we can add a comment there. Can you send us the license no.

@cor_ca To comment on an item page, you only need an Envato account; a purchase code is not required. I’m curious about how you managed to download or activate the theme when it’s not listed in your downloads section. Are you using a pirated version of the theme?

You’ve created several threads about the theme author, claiming to have contacted them and stating that Envato needs to take action against the author. Also, @charlie4282 suggested ways to locate your purchase code. It now appears that you might be using an unauthorized copy and seeking help on the forum.

First and foremost we have paid not once but twice and our banking records will prove the purchase. Secondly if you are saying it is pirated, then EVANTO is possibly selling pirated products. Ive asked if someone could please come on a zoom call to help us but all we are told through these forums is that we have to contact the vendor and the vendor does not respond. This is also evident from the numerous complaints others are making about the author and your tech support team despite taking not one payment for tech support but 2 for extended support, keep saying that we are not responding, when we have been doing so and not getting valid responses.

So before you accuse us of pirating EVANTO software please talk to their billing department. Find out if they have received 2 payments from @cor_ca and then please apologize on this forum so everyone knows you were making false claims.

Keep in mind, we are genuinely not tech savvy and hence so many questions on how to get the author to respond to us.
All we are asking is for someone to come on a zoom call so we can show them where the problem is.

As I’ve mentioned several times, why are you unable to post comments on the item comments page? There’s no requirement to provide a purchase code in order to comment. The author appears to be responding actively, and I’ve already shared the link with you.

Concerning the pirated copy, I genuinely asked how you installed and activated your product. You mentioned that you couldn’t find the item or purchase code in your download section.

can you come on a zoom call. I can show you that we have downloaded both versions of the product. but the location manager does not work.
As I explained I went onto the authors site and sent several emails to them. No response.

However to officially report the problem on their forum I need a license no. I can show it to you and perhaps I can move on as this is causing a lot of job posting issues for us.

I went to this link Eyecix Premium WordPress themes
its asking for a license no.

I have clicked on every invoice/receipt that I received from the payment Ive made and there is no license no listed. The invoice nos and all the other numbers listed on the invoice do not work as the form rejects these numbers (considering it is not a license no.)

On the down load page. I do see the 2 downloads but there is no license no. there either.
