I have problems with a theme and the author not response in chat online and ticket

I’m having trouble setting up a job board theme. The author, eyecix, offers support via skype and ticket. I was attended once, as the subject could supposedly be translated into my language, but the videos and written information on the subject, careerfy, are very poorly documented and out of date. I have spent 2 days asking for online chat on skype and my messages were not answered any more despite being online. I submitted a ticket and they haven’t answered me yet. I do not know what to do because I do not know well all the functions of the subject. I would like any suggestions. Thank you.
