Product author not responding

This is just ridiculous. I bought the theme from Envato, now when I ask them for any support they tell me to contact the author. The author is not giving a damn to my tickets. Its been a week since I have created my tickets.

I had the same issue. For 10 days I tried to get the author to fix all the issues with the code and documentation, and they just kept stringing me along. The author would prefer to handle support via Skype. The problem with that is, if there is a quality issue with the item purchased, or the author just flat out refuses to provide support, there is no record of it.

My suggestion is, if you are getting nowhere with support from the author, request a refund.

Try to contact author using items theme comment section.

Maybe he recive your emailz in spam.
