Jannah Theme breaks my site and Uses excess resources, & not working on New Wordpress.

I purchased a theme Jannah last week, after installing it my website got crashed. Meanwhile, I contacted my hosting service and I was informed the problem was caused by the theme without no hesitation I contacted the support of Jannah and I was told my issue was not cleared.

I, however, copied the chat I had with my hosting service and shared with the support since then no response, no feedback, no Acknowledgements.

It has been weeks now that my website hasn’t been functioning due to the theme. I am losing traffic, revenue and ranking due to this crash of my site.

Below was the recommendation I got from my hosting service provider.

“As for the theme, it would be better if you checked the matter with the developer as to why it sends a lot of requests to the website and as the result, the account resources reach the limits.”

Meanwhile, I make a review with this recommendation and still yet no one attended to me.

Just few days ago in the process of finding temporary solutions to this non-working of the theme. I still contacted my hosting and I was informed that the problem is mainly from the theme. Here below was the statement


My site is now returning error 503

“Thank you for your patience one more time. To my deepest regret, there is nothing we can do with that issue from our side. Nothing prevents your themes to work correctly on our server. Please contact the theme provider and ask him to investigate and fix this issue for you”

To this effect, I request a full refund of my money, as their lukewarm attitude towards my issue is currently affecting me and my business as the site has been down for days now.

I hope my request will be treated as a matter of urgency, as I need to get another theme so as to get my website back on track as soon as possible.

To apply for a refund, please use this link: https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new (the refund request will be approved/rejected by the theme developer first, then it’s reviewed by the Envato team)

Meanwhile, I’d suggest trying to contact the Jannah team ( @TieLabs ) again for help, because sometimes, this connectivity issue might be something related to a wrong website/theme configuration and maybe they can help.

Thanks for your response, I try all the channel provide to communicate with them, through mail, their twitter account and even review page of the Jannah theme, but for days no response from them. You can see my site was offline for weeks now.

I took action of refund as well and from tracking link provide from envato, nothing has been initial yet.

I am just fed up, like seriously.
