If the author is still active here at Envato, you can ask him, but there is a small chance to help you.
Probably you will need to hire someone to fix that - https://studio.envato.com/
Or to use some other theme.
I hope that an error, I just ask for a refund on another theme to switch to this one.

Please read this article about possible reasons why an item was removed and what to do in this case.
As explained at the end of the article:
If the item you purchased has been removed and no longer available for download, you may be asking can I get a refund? Make sure you refer to our Envato Market Refund Rules to check if you’re eligible for a refund.
If this does not solve the problem either, please open a Help ticket at the Envato Help & Support Center if you haven’t done so already. Our Help team will be happy to check into it for you. Thanks!

Thanks but Jannah 2 it’s not what i’m looking for. They do not use WPBakery as default builder and it’s why I choose to switch for Publisher

Yes. I did, but I was informed that I will not be reimbursed. They would contact the author. Which is a total absurdity. They make the sale, but do not take responsibility for it!
If Envato Support told you to wait until they contact the author, please do so.
It’s not helpful for anyone if we argue about it here.
Please wait the next reply from Envato Support, I’m sure they are already handling this.

Publisher and our account were disabled by Envato without notifying us! They asked us about our tax information. This is so unprofessional for Envato to disable a theme with thousands of customers only for asking information!
We send all information to Envato and we are waiting for their review. Please be patient, Publisher will back soon.

Thanks for giving out reason why such thing happened. Please as you guys come back make the theme more fun to avoid customer losing trust on you guys. And I hope such thing does not repeat it self in future else many will switch to another theme.
I bought 1 licenses Themeforrest to your Publisher theme just before the theme was removed

I did buy the theme from Themeforest on may 2. And I have not used it until now.
Now I try to register my theme and I see the message “Invalid purchase code”.
And also I can not register at support forum for that reason… it says that purchaase cod is invalid.
Publisher’s forum “lost password” button doesn’t work and they won’t reply emails and messages on Facebook.
My blog is broken and I can’t update it because they aren’t giving me the “lifetime updates” I paid for. How should I proceed?
