Theme i bought was removed by Envato - No More Support

I have bought a theme named “Classiads - Classified Ads WordPress Theme”

Now the theme and author has been removed from Envato.

i have lost support from both Envato and theme author.

How can i get my refund? As everytime i request a refund, envato shows the page that stated “Your request for a refund has been sent to the author of this item” But the author has been removed from the site.

Hope anyone can help me here.
