Item disappeared from queue?

Hey everyone!
I submitted a track a week ago and for some reason, it disappeared from my dashboard? I neither see it approved or rejected? and I didn’t get an email?

Has anyone experienced this? If so what do you do?

When you submit an item for review, you should receive an e-mail with the result ( Accepted, Soft Rejected or Hard Rejected).

If you did not receive any e-mail, you may not have the Item Review Notification box checked. You can do that by going to Settings → Email Settings and thick the Review Notification Box.

If it is already selected, then please take a look in your inbox as well, including the Spam folder.

In case the Review Notification box was not selected, and you can not find your item in your portfolio or in the Hidden Items Tab, then it is most likely that your item got Hard Rejected.

Try again with another file! Please do not resubmit a Hard Rejected item since this may result in revoked upload rights.

For future reference, you can share your item here, on the forums ( before you submit it for review ) to receive feedback from other authors.
