I submitted an item yesterday, and for a couple of yours it was waiting review. When I woke up this morning, I saw it gone, and I can’t see it anywhere, nor do I have an email about rejection. How can I see what’s happening and why?
If it’s not there anymore then it’s been hard rejected - make sure you have email notifications turned on in your profile
yeah, I saw item review notification wasn’t turn on by default. Any change I can see why it was rejected now?
No - if it was soft rejected and had more detail then you would probably have got that.
The fact there was no feedback means it’s hard rejected and there’s no feedback regardless of notifications

It looks like your item was hard rejected , which is why it’s no longer showing up and you didn’t get an email right away. Usually, for a soft reject , you’d get feedback to help you revise it. In this case, it seems like your item might not meet the market’s current needs, so I’d recommend improving it to make it more competitive. Also, the email about rejection can sometimes be delayed by 1-3 days after the item disappears from the review page.
Yeah, I got an email that the item is not meeting the quality standards and I won’t be able to re-submit it. I have no idea what quality standard doesn’t meet, since I carefully read through all of them. Is there something I’m missing?
