No respond after submitte item

Hi everyone, I created a new account and uploaded an item,
After three days I haven’t found anything in the my dashboard it’s gone, and haven’t received an email

If you didn’t receive the Item review notification email (you should to check spam/junk as well), then check your email settings (Settings => Email Settings) in Envato market Dashboard Settings, is there a check mark for Item review notifications.

Sometimes email can go in spam, so need to check inbox, spam, junk as well.


what can I do if i want to know what happen to my item, is it rejected or not,
soft reject or hard reject

Your item is Soft Rejected → It appears in the Hidden Items Tab
Your item is Hard Rejected → The item disappears from queue

Hello, same problem here, I haven’t select the approved/rejected email notification, so I don’t know whats the problem with my item because it just disappear from my dashboard, please any idea what I can do?

For reference the email option does not guarantee detailed feedback - if the item was hard rejected then there would not be any further info other than a generic rejection message

You can always share a demo of the item in these forums for community feedback
