Issued a refund, didn’t ask for one, account access lost…

Is this happening to anyone else?

I was 10 hours in working on a project with resolve and in the middle of working, I got two emails. One email said that my account had expired, and the other one said that I was issued a refund. I did not ask for a refund for any resolve services and now when I try to re-access my account on the website, I get this error message and I haven’t been able to re-access it since. It’s incredibly upsetting because I have hours of work put into this software and right now. I can’t access it, finish it, or use it.

I already had before posting this. I was just hoping someone else has experienced this error before and could tell me how they fixed it… Thanks though. (Support seems to be puzzled as well, “they’re still looking into it”)

Have you tried any of the following?

  • Have you checked with a different browser or device?
  • Have you used a VPN to check?
  • Have you reviewed your bank statement to see if the funds have been debited or refunded?
