I subscribed to envato elements and before downloading or using anything on the site, my account was taken down and I was refunded. I contacted support and they said they did not have to disclose the reason they took my account down. I am very confused by the whole thing and wondering is there anything I can do to get my account back as I really need work or am I just now banned for life?
I just had the same problem! I subscribed to the monthly plan to take advantage of the promotion and after 10m browsing the site, I lost access to the site and had a “forced” refund without any explanation! Since then I can no longer access the site.

Support can help you. I think that too.
I have been on to them multiple times and they have been no help, they just say they wont be reactivating my account and won’t give a reason to why

We want to know the organization where they kept our account, but they said they don’t want to activate it again. what will we do now ?
