Is my jingle already in the proper quality?

I would’t worry about it to much. Envato has always just copy pasted that response for almost anything, any reason. Maybe they found it to similar to another track? Or most likely they are just looking to accept salsa tracks right now to fill a missing gap in their catalog. Or maybe the reviewer is just having a bad day at work… I’ve had really stupid, useless tracks accepted with no problem, and also some great ones rejected. Including one, the exact same track I still own that has been used and licensed to over 60 trailers worldwide. Exact same track. lol
Gota remember These sites are run by failed musicians. Failed as in, they didn’t make it with their own music so their job is now reviewing yours for submissions. So even tho there are some solid business people there, they only know what’s been sold before. They don’t know what will be sold tomorrow…
Your track sounds awesome by the way! It’s exactly what stock media sites need. Quick, cheap and works well to bring that feeling across. It doesn’t hurt to try other sites, we all sell across hundreds of these sites.

Hi, it’s hard for, others than the reviewer himself, to say why it got rejected.
To me the strings and especially brass still sounds cheap and not very authentic, the drums are too loud and I really miss a bass instrument as the songs builds up. I would suggest you submit this track somewhere else and produce something new for AJ.

@PickleBombStudios , to me this track is fine. Maybe your brass samples could have been better , maybe you percussions should be -6 dB … The main point is that you can compose very nice music , don’t get upset when envato reject you tracks , you can always learn something out of that ! Just work on new tracks, practice your mixing skills and everything will be fine dude !!! Wish you a lot of great tracks !

Hi! i think the idea is good, it’s a matter of production here, i mean, get better libraries for strings (session strings, LA string for example) and for brass (i know there’s no real natural midi brass but you can have a lot better)…i hear drums too much dry, you could try to give them some large ambience and a “slap” effect just to try…because the rhythm is very good
Or maybe try to change the melody’s sound with another instrument
after that…well it’s a mixing thing, so you know what sounds best to you…keep balance first in my opinion…
work will be much easier with sounds that are nice already by themselves
Good job and good luck !

IMO, Strings are passable, but the brass sounds horrible. You definitely need a better brass library, asap. Otherwise, track is probably passable, but the fake brass sound kills the entire thing, IMO.

Thank you very much! We’ll have a look at it

Awesome change @PickleBombStudios
