We are a startup based in the UK. One of our team members, who is located in Turkey, created an Envato account using our company email. Our account was locked immediately after we made a purchase. We created a support ticket and received a response stating, ‘We’re using our discretion and will not be re-enabling your account.’ I ended up using my personal Envato account to buy the product, using the same company card. Upon further research, we discovered that many people in Turkey encounter the same issue when they register with Envato using a Turkish IP.
