I’m a victim because of Envato. I was able to enter the site without any problems on the day I paid, but the next day it gave an error and did not allow me to enter the site.I try to log in every day but it doesn’t allow and it says : (Sorry, we couldn’t sign you in using this link. You can try signing in again.)
I’ve seen many victims here, Envato is a scammer. I will warn people around me about this site. I want my money back…

If it’s telling you that you’re locked, they found a reason not to trust your purchase, which they’re doing a lot, and you’re in for a not-so-fun ride. They’re doing it to a lot of people.
Envato is never a scam but your have patience wait more days because many authors & buyers world also need as you, thank you.

Envato should immediately open the accounts it has locked for no reason. Otherwise, it reduces its value in my eyes and loses many customers.

actually i live problems with video templates but at the end scam is a scam. when i see topic want to share realtiy. And save other people loosing their money websites like this. If they think they can continue to sell a product that doesn’t work and make money that way, they should know they are scammer…
Are you downloading the items from Elements?
Are you sure it’s about the item not about that you don’t have enough knowledge to use the templates? According to my experiences on the forum, most of the people are using the “different/un-supported” version of the software then they claim it’s broken.
I am not an after effects expert, but I have been using Adobe programs since the cc version. The template I bought was last updated in 2018. (sadly I miss this when purchasing) Plugins no longer support these template settings. As you know (if you have enough knowledge about any program), all plugins are updated when new versions come to the program. and you need to update your project. It’s simple, it’s literally out of date. Now I’m asking you simply. What do you call a person who sells expired products in his shop?

Blaming ppl (you don t know how to use program , your programs are not supported.) not the right way. if i can pay 30 bucks to a stupid template be sure i ll effort programs fee… have a good day
It matters. If you’re paying for 30$ to download unlimited items, you’re willing to take the risk that the item quality may not be good while the good quality items per piece is around 20$.
If it’s from Marketplace ( not Elements ) contact the item author and ask support. Do not forget to check about the documentation, too
i pay 1 item 30 dolar. pls stop writinig. Do soömthing usefull for your life.
I can suggest the same for you, instead of blaming Envato is a scam, you can try to contact the author for the support, check the documentation, look for additional help online or here to fix the problem/find a solution or contact support for refund.
Is there any chance you bought my template? I have 1 sale from Turkey for template from 2017 this month.
Anyway just contact the author (via profile page) of the template and see if he can provide updated version for you.
