I’ve purchased a theme from themeforest and the theme provider (pixelwars) does not even recognise my purchase code. I wish I had not made this purchase of more than £122!!
I’m so so disappointed. How can I cancel and get a refund?
I will stay away from theme forest in the future.

Wow!! Terrible service
i spent 250 usd for envato web template here and template does not work and they even lock my account for unknown reasons and their help does not work and no one and unlock account for nearly a day and template is not working correctly. It’s an absolutely lousy company and lousy service.
I’m really disappointed and extremely angry and I’m probably going to take a lawyer to them and also ask for a refund through the bank because I’ve never seen anything like this before!
If you’re a new buyer on the system, due to security issues your account is locked. You can contact Envato for further help but if the account is not going to be un-locked for any reason, remember that the refund has been already processed and depending on your payment method, you will be paid in 1-2 weeks.

Once a while it happens with the system but you could get the purchase code and send to the item author as a proof of the purchase, then they should be helping you.
