I requested a refund on Themeforest now my account is LOCKED

I was looking for WordPress Photography themes and spent hours browsing them on ThemeForest looking at live previews.

I had selected Wordpress filters, and typed the keywords ‘photo masonry’
Well I bought something, and then tried to install it and it didn’t work. I emailed support and was told it was not a wordpress template. I asked for a refund, have not had a response, and

now my themeforest account has been locked

I’m really upset by this because now I can’t even access the download files of the dozens of other $59+ wordpress themes I purchased in the past

My suggest open envato help ticket they will help you to restore your account again.

If you deserve refund then you can get it must otherwise not.
And Envato have refund policy/Rules! your refund will depended on that policy rules & your purchase item author also both is important.

Accounts are not usually locked for requesting refunds - did you also cancel or dispute the payment with our payment gateway/bank etc?
